Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, kindly contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that the $75 booking fee is non-refundable. You are granted one-time rescheduling without losing your deposit, but this only applies if you reschedule when canceling the appointment; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited entirely. All purchases, including gift cards, are non-refundable. Booking Policy: All deposits, gift cards, and services are non-refundable. Clients are permitted one-time rescheduling without fee. Failure to notify of a cancellation results in forfeiture of rescheduling privileges. Appointments will be automatically canceled if clients are 15 minutes late. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling. Lack of 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling will lead to appointment cancellation, with the client forfeiting the $100 deposit fee.
